Bradley Taillon
Chief Executive Officer & President, Director

Mr. Taillon stepped into the Chief Executive Officer role at Permex after having served as VP of Finance for the company beginning in early 2024. Before joining Permex, Mr. Taillon worked as the VP of Finance and Investor Relations at private E&P company Ruckus Energy, where he oversaw the Merger and Acquisitions process for the company including due diligence projects of over $1 billion, as well as running point on capital raising efforts up and down the capital stack including both credit and equity raises. Prior to Ruckus Energy, Mr. Taillon oversaw the M&A evaluation and due diligence process at Lilis Energy, Inc. (NYSE: LLEX) contributing to a team that closed several accretive acquisitions that built a market capitalization of over $550mm at the time of management’s exit. Bradley is an active member of the American Association of Petroleum Landmen and holds the designation of Registered Professional Landman (RPL). He holds an MBA and BBA in International Finance from Fort Hays State University.

Greg Montgomery
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Montgomery has been an executive business consultant who has held the office of CFO for Oiltanking North America, Semarus Energy Advisors, Lion Copolymer, Coast Energy, Laser Midstream, and was a Director of Strategic Planning for Enbridge Energy Partners (EEP: NYSE) and Compliance Officer for Pennzoil Company (PZL: NYSE). Mr. Montgomery is a CPA and member of the Texas Society of CPA’s (“TSCPA”) and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (“AICPA”). He holds a bachelor’s in business administration degree from the University of Houston.

Richard Little

Mr. Little is the current CEO of private operator, Fury Resources. Before Fury Resources, Mr. Little was the CEO of public operator Battalion Oil Company (NYSE: BATL). He possesses more than a quarter century of industry experience, and has led successful ventures, including a $1.24B asset sale at Ajax Resources, LLC. His career journey spans roles such as VP of EP Energy’s Southern Division and leadership positions at El Paso Exploration and Production. Richard holds a Petroleum Engineering degree from Texas A&M, is a licensed engineer (inactive), and is engaged with industry organizations like SPE, API, and IPAA.

Kevin Nanke

Mr. Nanke has served in diverse finance and accounting executive positions in the oil and gas industry for more than 30 years. Mr. Nanke previously served as Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of Delta Petroleum Corporation. Mr. Nanke helped raise $1.4 billion in public and private financings and was instrumental in preserving a $1.3 billion tax loss carryforward when the Company successfully completed a reorganization and emerged as Par Petroleum Corporation. Prior to joining Delta, Mr. Nanke was employed by KPMG LLP, a leading global audit, tax and advisory firm. Mr. Nanke received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from the University of Northern Iowa in 1989 and is a Certified Public Accounting (inactive).
