Over the last 14 years Mr. Ehsan has been involved as owner of O&G DPP programs, manager in mergers, acquisitions & divestitures, financing arrangements and investment with a specialty in oil and gas opportunities. He has been directly involved and facilitated over $87 million in capital syndication and injection. His academic background ranges from a spectrum of marketing management, business management, wealth management and Petroleum based curriculums and programs such as engineering and geology, he is also an MBA candidate with specialty in Finance. Mr. Whelan has represented a diverse array of energy market participants including oil, gas and other resources based companies with clients ranging from global energy concerns to start-up companies. As a Geological Consultant, Mr. Whelan has been active in natural resource and industrial development companies with natural resource holdings in oil, gas and minerals, worldwide. Responsibilities include: economic evaluations of properties; research and development of projects which have economic potential; evaluation of projects and their requirements for capital; presentations to management, financial institutions, and shareholders; economic analysis of resource properties and coordination of acquisition, development and production for resource properties; filing of V.S.E. reports, assessment reports and property evaluations for petroleum and mining companies on resource properties. John J. (“Jay”) Lendrum, III

Mr. Lendrum began his career with the international public accounting firm of KPMG Peat Marwick where he worked from 1975 to 1982. He earned a B.B.A. in Finance in 1973 and completed extensive graduate studies in Accounting Theory at The University of Texas at Austin in 1975. Mr. Lendrum was a licensed (inactive) CPA in the State of Texas. Since 2015, Mr. Lendrum has been the Non-Executive Chairman of Nuevo Midstream Dos, LLC. From 2012 to 2014, he was the President, CEO and member of the Board of Directors of Nuevo Midstream Company (“Nuevo”). Nuevo owned and operated gas gathering, processing and treating assets in the Delaware and Permian Basins of West Texas and New Mexico and was sold to an affiliate of Anadarko Petroleum Company in 2014. Mr. Lendrum is the former Chairman of the Board, from 2013 to 2015, and President, from 2003 to 2013, of Torch Energy Advisors Incorporated (“Torch”). Torch was a Houston-based company which specialized in the exploitation and development of oil and gas properties, mid-stream oil and gas assets and renewable clean energy Wind and Solar projects. Mr. Lendrum serves on the Board of Blue Rock Energy Partners. In 2018, he participated along with several other family offices, in the acquisition of Blue Rock from the private equity unit of TudorPickeringHolt. Blue Rock and its predecessors have been involved in providing acquisition and development capital to the independent energy industry for over 25 years.

Melissa Folz

Mrs. Folz is a licensed professional engineer in the state of Texas and has been involved in the oil and gas industry for over 14 years. Melissa Folz currently serves as the Production Engineering and Optimization Director for Chord Energy, which was recently created as a merger between Oasis Petroleum and Whiting Petroleum. Prior to the merger, she was the Senior Production Manager (2022), Production Manager (2020-22), Williston Project Assessment Manager (2019-20), Reservoir Engineering Manager (2018-19), Production Engineering Manager (2017-18), Production Engineering Supervisor (2014-17), and Senior Production Engineer (2014) of Oasis Petroleum. Melissa has served other positions in the past as Senior Production Engineer for Sabine Oil and Gas (2010-14) and Completions Engineer for Southwestern Energy Company (2008-10). She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from Louisiana State University.

Earl Tobin
Geologist

Mr. Tobin has more than 30 years of experience working as a geologist building and growing both public and private oil and gas companies. His career has focused on full cycle exploration, from regional geologic mapping and reservoir modeling to field development and planning. He been involved in the drilling of hundreds of wells, both vertical and horizontal, through a variety of depositional basins. Mr. Tobin’s experience enables him to quickly assess geologic risk and to recognize potential in a broad range of play types. As a new graduate of University of Saskatchewan, Mr. Tobin joined Tri Link Resources Ltd. where he gained significant experience and success drilling horizontal wells. At Tri Link, Mr. Tobin ultimately moved into the role of Chief Geologist, Alberta. In this position, he managed all gas properties, and through a five-year process of drilling and acquisition, gas assets increased by over 100 BCF. Mr. Tobin then joined Bolt Energy Ltd. as Manager of Exploration when the company went public in 1997. Mr. Tobin was quickly promoted to Vice President, Exploration, and in that role was responsible for all aspects of growing the company, from corporate development to financial management. Mr. Tobin assisted in the growth of the company to approximately 900 BOPD with minimal debt. Bolt was subsequently successfully merged with Blue Mountain Energy. At Blue Mountain Energy, Mr. Tobin was responsible for the discovery and exploitation of several key assets. Blue Mountain Energy was then sold to Trilogy Energy Corp. for $142 million in October 2006. Mr. Tobin went on to be the co-founder of the GAMET Resources Ltd., a private company. As an integral member of the management team, he played a key role in the development and implementation of the corporate business plan. Mr. Tobin is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers, and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA), the Project Management Institute (PMI), Canadian Society of Petroleum Geologists, and the American Association of Petroleum Geologists.

Dale Lee

Mr. Lee has more than 25 years experience in the oil and gas sector. He is currently the President & CEO of DL Petroleum & Engineering Consulting; some of his past notable involvements and experiences include but are not limited to Petro Canada and Breaker Energy as a Reservoir Engineer, Canadian Natural Resources as an Exploitation Engineer. As a reservoir engineer, Mr. Lee has been active in natural resource and industrial development companies with natural resource holdings in oil, gas worldwide. Responsibilities include: Engineering focus to analyze partly depleted reservoirs to predict the locations of underperforming wells based on statistical analyses of hydrocarbon production. Reservoirs' wells are evaluated using spatial statistics (i.e. kriging) to locate underperforming wells or regions within reservoirs. This goal is achieved by using known (measured) petro-physical information from reservoirs' formations and coupling this data with their production history (production/injection flow and pressures). Spatial statistics including other statistical tools, such as regression analysis, are used to evaluate the reservoir's performance with respect to hydrocarbon production. Leslie M. Thomas

Mr. Thomas has over 35 years experience as a petroleum geologist.  He began his career with Tenneco in Houston, TX after graduation from University of Texas at Austin with a BS degree in geology in 1981.  At Tenneco he calculated reserve estimates of offshore gas fields in the Gulf of Mexico.  From there, he worked for a large independent, Bridwell Oil Company, prospecting for oil and gas in west and north Texas. As well as prospect generation, he was responsible for drilling rig operations and wellsite geology. In 1986 he became an independent geologist generating oil and gas prospects in the Permian Basin and Eastern Shelf of the Basin.  He was successful in the discovery of several very profitable oil fields such as the S.W. Werewolf Field of Haskell County and the HMT Field of Stonewall County.  In 2004 he worked for Finley Resources in Fort Worth, TX as a senior geologist where he was trained in Petra software enabling him to evaluate Finley properties throughout the Permian Basin, Delaware Basin, and S.E. New Mexico.  He was involved with the successful drilling of a 17,000 ft. TD horizontal Ellenburger well in Reeves County, Texas.  He continued his Petra software experience with LCS Production evaluating and drilling of various oil fields across the Eastern Shelf as well as supervising two in-house drilling rigs.  In 2007 he worked for Baseline Oil & Gas, a public company, developing and implementing a large waterflood project in Stephens County, Texas.  As Baseline morphed into Redbud Exploration, he was in charge of lateral design and implementation on several successful horizontal wells in Nolan County, TX.  In 2013 he went to work for an equity group, JVL Advisors, in Houston, Texas.  Here he was responsible for evaluating large Wolfberry acreages in the Permian Basin.  Using Petra software as a tool for appraising target zones within the Wolfberry, then later using same techniques on the San Andres formation in Andrews County, Texas along with lateral design and execution.

Peter Dorrins

Mr. Dorrins has been a geologist for over 38 years in oil and gas exploration & production projects worldwide, and has held senior management and key technical specialist positions with a number of North American and International oil and gas companies including Amoco, BP, and Shell, and Junex, amongst others. Most recently from 2008 to 2017, Peter worked in senior management roles at Junex Inc., a TSX Venture-listed company, culminating as President & CEO from 2013 to 2017. Under his presidency at Junex, for two consecutive years (2016 & 2017), the company achieved results that led to being one of the recipients of the TSX Venture 50 award. Since 2010, Peter has been an invited speaker and/or chairman at over twenty energy conferences throughout North America.
Peter holds a Bachelor of Science – First Class Honours degree in Geology obtained from the University of Manitoba in 1980, he is registered as a professional geologist with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta and he is a member of the American Association of Petroleum Geologists.

Wayne Schoen
Petroleum Engineer, Advisory Board Member

Mr. Schoen has over 40 years of experience as a petroleum engineer. Mr. Schoen joined Texas Pacific Oil Company in 1976 as a staff engineer in the Midland Texas office. Promoted in 1979 to Development Engineering Supervisor coordinating development drilling, completion and workover opportunities along the Eastern Shelf in the Abilene Texas area. In 1981, Mr. Schoen accepted an Operations/Engineering position with independent operator Keith D. Graham responsible for the drilling and completion of 100 + Austin Chalk wells in Central Texas and the development of a 40-well Capps Lime field in Runnels County Texas. Mr. Schoen accepted an opportunity with Davis Brothers Oil in 1987 to supervise an aggressive exploratory drilling program and the management/surveillance of multiple secondary recovery projects in West Central Texas. In 1992, formed Benson & Schoen Oil Co., Inc. as a contract operator and consulting firm drilling, completing and managing 65 producing properties from Eldorado to Childress Texas. Accepted a position in 2011 as Engineering and Operations Manager with E.N. Patton Oil and Patton Exploration of Abilene Texas supervising drilling, completion and workover operations in several West Central Texas counties. Formed Schoen Oil Company, LLC in February 2016 offering oil and gas consulting services to area operators in the West Central Texas region. Wayne graduated with a BS and MS in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University in 1974 and 1976, respectively. Mr. Schoen is a past Chairman and Board member of the West Central Texas Section of the Society of Petroleum Engineers and an active SPE member since 1976.

Diana Goldstein

Ms. Goldstein is a professional Reservoir Engineering Technologist and a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE).
